The Salon Operations & Guest Experience Manager helps maintain operational clarity, communication, accountability, and consistency throughout the salon.
This role supports both the guest experience and the internal structure that allows the salon to operate smoothly behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, emotionally mature, solution-oriented, and naturally strong in leadership and communication.
This is not simply a front desk or “salon mom” position.
